Lakers losing reach with Maggette?

Apparently Warriors reach verbal agreement with Maggette. The Warriors looking to replace the big gap Baron Davis has left, opting out his contract and signing with the Clippers by trying to get Margette with their extra 18 million out of Baron Davis contract. Now the only thing the warriors is missing is a new point guard. Which leaves the Lakers no chance and most likely sign back Sasha Vujacic and Ronny Turiaf.




The main the reason why Maggette wants to opt out cause of Brand leaving to the east. It appears that Brand would benefit more with the 76ers cause of the chance to move closer to family, where he lived in up state New York. Also to be one of the contenders in the east and make more money with the 76 Sixers, which offer a five-year deal worth an estimated $82 million with 15 million first year salary.
